Now that the body has fallen down where you can reach it, you'll find the Flashlight in this exact location next to the body. If you're on top of the cliff, cut the rope to release the body (you may have to crouch if your swings are missing) and then follow the cliff left or right a short distance where it is safe to get down, then double back until you are below the mossy rock, where the body fell. If you first arrive from this side of the cliff and don't want to run up top, you can use a ranged weapon or throw a Small Rock to break the rope and drop the body at your feet. Here is the view from below the cliff where you can see the body suspended from the mossy rock above.

When arriving at this small cliffside, you'll see 2 Energy Bars, a Rope, a Vodka Bottle, and a mossy green rock tied to a body that is suspended on the side of the cliff. Just keep moving towards that marker-your GPS Tracker will begin to beep when in range of the GPS Locator and grow stronger in frequency as you get closer. To get here you'll need to use your GPS Tracker and Zoom in and out when needed while comparing your position with the screenshot above. To get the Flashlight in Sons of the Forest, you'll need to make your way to the purple exclamation marker that's closest to the snowy mountainous region on your GPS Tracker.
